Senior Slack Integration Specialist

Integration Developer PositionAbout the roleWe are seeking a skilled integration developer to design, develop, and deploy custom slack apps, bots, and workflows using slack api and bolt sdk (node.js or python).The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with slack apis, automation tools, and third-party integrations to enhance communication and productivity across teams.Key responsibilitiesDesign and Development: Create custom slack applications and integrations using slack api and bolt sdk.Integration and Automation: Integrate slack with internal systems and external platforms (e.g., jira, salesforce, servicenow, google workspace, or custom apis).Interactive Features: Build features such as slash commands, modals, and message shortcuts.Security and Scalability: Implement oauth 2.0 authentication flows for secure integrations, event subscriptions, message posting, and webhooks, and maintain documentation for best practices.Required skills & qualifications5/6+ years of experience in software development, preferably with slack integrations.Strong proficiency in javascript/typescript or python.Hands-on experience with slack api, bolt sdk, and web api.Experience integrating slack with restful apis and webhooks.Familiarity with tools like zapier, workato, or make (integromat) is a plus.Understanding of oauth, api authentication, and security best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.We offer a dynamic work environment where you can apply your skills and expertise to drive business growth and success.
