Eligibility Criteria:

Position Name : Blast Furnace - Mechanical Head

Experience : Min 15 Years

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical)

Knowledge Requirement: Comprehensive understanding of equipment in an Integrated Steel Plant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure environment, health and safety (EHS) at workplace with a goal of zero harm, zero waste, zero discharge.
• Monitor and maintain equipment uptime and consumption costs in alignment with the Annual Business Plan
• Develop and execute maintenance plans for Blast Furnace (BF) equipment, focus on both preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Drive initiatives to analyze failures (RCA, FEMA, MTBF, MTTR) and improve maintenance quality, ensuring high machine availability and adherence to maintenance schedules
• Maintain an inventory of process spares and consumables, conducting rigorous analysis and planning to improve product efficiency
