About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Team Manager to lead and mentor our team of NOC engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our entire NOC function by setting priorities, distributing tasks, and maintaining proper workload balance within the team.In this role, you will drive professional development through training, coaching, and ongoing feedback, as well as conduct periodic 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting. You will also recruit, onboard, and integrate new NOC engineers into the team while fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and service quality.You will own the day-to-day operations of our entire NOC function, ensuring consistent monitoring, alert handling, and operational routine execution. This includes validating and improving health checks, monitoring dashboards, and operational KPIs, as well as overseeing shift handovers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and continuity of operations.Additionally, you will serve as the primary incident coordinator for major incidents (P1/P2) and oversee response efforts across shifts. You will ensure correct triage, prioritization, and mitigation actions by the team, coordinate escalation to Tier 2/3, Infrastructure, Security, and relevant stakeholders, and lead post-incident reviews.Further, you will monitor team performance, SLAs, and KPIs; ensure targets are met or exceeded, identify recurring issues, monitoring gaps, or operational inefficiencies, and drive improvement initiatives. You will also own and update NOC processes, SOPs, runbooks, and documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and monitoring coverage, and proactively recommend improvements to monitoring, alerting, automation, and NOC workflows.Key RequirementsProven experience leading or managing technical teams in a NOC, Operations, or Monitoring environmentStrong troubleshooting expertise across network, system, and cloud environmentsKnowledge of key network protocolsExperience with Linux system administration, Windows Server fundamentals, cloud platforms, and cloud monitoring conceptsWhat We OfferA dynamic and challenging work environmentA competitive salary and benefits packageHow to ApplyIf you are a motivated and experienced Team Manager looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
