Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for improvement, proposing sustainable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives.Key Areas of Focus:Planning: Develop and maintain detailed plans for supply chain operations, including forecasting, inventory management, and transportation.Procurement: Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations and contract management.Supply Chain Metrics: Design and implement metrics to measure supply chain performance and track progress against goals.Inventory Management: Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize waste.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Experience: 6-8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, finance, or related field.Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formula-based spreadsheets and data analysis. Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
