Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor

Join Our Transfer Pricing TeamWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our Transfer Pricing (TP) team. As a member of this dynamic group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of TP advisory and compliance engagements for multinational clients.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulations.Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricing.Perform benchmarking studies using TP databases and tools.Support the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policies.Collaborate with Managers and Directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentation.Participate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authorities.Draft proposals for potential clients.Run projects independently with review and inputs from seniors in the team.Work closely with cross-functional teams across Tax, Legal, and Advisory practices.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international tax (experience in the UAE or MENA region preferred).Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantage.Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
