Lead Solar Project Designer

Senior Design Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer RoleCollaborate with sales or business development teams to deliver optimal project solutions.Utilize modeling and simulation software such as PVSyst or Helioscope to design and engineer PV plants, create single-line diagrams, interconnection drawings, and technical specifications.Evaluate technical bids for grid-connected solar plants, lead internal operations teams throughout project development, communicate with vendors and subcontractors.Support the Performance Assurance group in monitoring system performance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in design engineering for commercial and utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects.Experience in single line diagrams, interconnection drawings, solar field optimized layouts, and technical specification preparation.Understanding of project management principles.Key Technical Skills:Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., Pvsyst or helioscope).Preferred Candidate Profile:Benefits:
