Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned expert to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze project requirements and design effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed technical specifications for PeopleSoft applications based on business needs.Prioritize and deliver projects in HR automation, benefits administration, and payroll enhancement.Analyze existing customizations and resolve complex technical issues in MSS, benefits, and NA payroll systems.Provide technical guidance, support, and training to internal customers to enhance their daily work processes.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft technical roles (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, Component Interface, PeopleSoft Security).Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HR technical roles (MSS, Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits).Proficient in writing advanced Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and report generation.Proven experience with implementation and upgrade projects.Ability to adapt to AWS cloud EC2/RDS implementations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Superb communication skills.BenefitsOpportunity to work on high-profile projects with experienced teams.Professional development and growth opportunities.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.OthersPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
