We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to lead the delivery of high-quality test data management solutions.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, installing, configuring and deploying TDM services in large enterprises, with extensive knowledge of databases, data warehouses, business processes and related data flows and systems integrations.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application owners to gather and review test data requirements and provisioning techniques.Data analysis, modeling and discovery are key components of this role.Business rule identification, PII analysis/masking/sub-setting process definition are essential skills.In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this position.The ideal candidate will possess:A minimum of 8 years IT experience with complex applications.At least 5 years of experience designing, installing, configuring and deploying TDM services in large enterprises.3+ years hands-on TDM development using Broadcom TDM.Excellent data analysis abilities and communication skills.Key RequirementsStrong understanding of data lifecycle management.Familiarity with data integration tools and technologies.Ability to work in an Agile environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.What We OfferThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality test data management solutions.We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
