We are seeking an experienced PTC Windchill Developer to design, implement and maintain configurations, customizations and enhancements for enterprise cloud PLM systems.The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive development expertise in PTC Windchill environments with the technical capability to perform quality assurance testing as part of the development lifecycle. This role is critical to supporting digital transformation initiatives and ensuring optimal PLM system performance across plants.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, design, develop and implement OOTB and custom solutions and extensions for PTCWindchill+ and ThingWorx NavigateCreate and enhance workflows, life cycles and business rules to meet specific organizational requirementsDevelop reports, dashboards and data visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision makingImplement user interface improvements to enhance user experience and productivityOptimize queries and system performance through code refinementDevelop data migration scripts and utilities to support roll out to plantsBuild and maintain integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, MES, etc.)Quality Assurance: Design and execute comprehensive test plans for all developed solutions before deploymentTechnical Leadership: Document technical specifications, development approaches and system configurationsContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancementRequired Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of hands-on development experience with PTC Windchill platformExperience with ThingWorx Navigate development and customizationDemonstrated experience in quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworksProficiency in version control systems (Git, CCD) and continuous integration practicesKnowledge of CAD systems (AutoCAD preferred) and their integration with WindchillExperience with ESI, web services, REST APIs and system integration techniquesAbility to work effectively with 4-hour overlap with US time zone
