As a key member of the International Business Division, you will collaborate closely with Senior Account Directors to serve as a liaison between clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive team revenue while delivering exceptional service.Overall Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead all project execution responsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of client research problemsDesign and localize research instruments, including screeners, discussion guides, and research stimulus materialsTrain and brief data collection teamsConduct In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies, etc.Micro-level monitor data collection and implement quality controlsIdentify issues and provide timely solutions to data collection teamsPerform qualitative data analysis and report insights to clientsClient Servicing:Manage communication with clients efficientlyWork closely with clients throughout the project lifecycleProvide relevant market information to clientsProactively discuss issues and offer actionable solutionsAccompany clients on field visits and ensure smooth operationsBe an active team player and supportive colleagueEssential Skills/Competencies:Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitesExcellent written and spoken communication skillsStrong inter-team management skillsSkilled at deriving qualitative insights and crafting compelling research reportsOpen to travel across regions for project management and client visitsPrior experience servicing international clients is preferred
