Project Coordination SpecialistWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Key Responsibilities:Manage project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Develop and implement scalable solutions for utility data collection across various regions.Identify and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a clear overview of all ongoing projects.Document all steps taken and deliverables in designated software platforms.Continuously evaluate and improve workflows and collaboration practices to optimize results.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Proven track record of collaborating with international teams or clients.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Strong written and spoken English language skills (other European languages are an asset).Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data.Benefits:This is a remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.Opportunity to work under an external consultant agreement, providing certain tax advantages.Others:Must be able to provide a valid GST registration number.Continuous learning and adaptability are encouraged.
