AI Expert PositionWe're seeking an expert in artificial intelligence to lead the development of innovative ML/AI solutions.The successful candidate will design, build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for various business problems.This role requires a strong understanding of the full ML lifecycle from data pre-processing and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and train machine learning models using classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and deep learning techniques.Conduct feature engineering, feature selection, and data transformation to improve model performance.Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics such as AUC, F1, MAE, BLEU, WER, etc.Work with structured and unstructured data sources including text, images, audio, logs, and documents.Build data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.Apply data quality checks, deduplication, anomaly detection, and data validation techniques.Deploy models as APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Node, or cloud-native tools.Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.Use containerization & orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.Manage models using MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Databricks.Implement automated retraining, model versioning, rollback, and monitoring.Handle inference optimizations using quantization, batching, caching, and other techniques.Requirements:Strong Python skills including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.Proficiency in ML algorithms, data structures, and ML system design.Experience with deep learning, especially CNN/RNN/Transformers.Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, tokenizer concepts, and vector databases.Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployment.Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and data warehouses.
