Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Techno-Functional professional to fill a key role within our organization.Main Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of OTM upgrade efforts to version 6.5.3, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs, leveraging expertise in OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance, driving efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing support, documenting solutions and knowledge transfer for future reference.Required Skills and Qualifications:4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles, with a strong understanding of OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Hands-on expertise in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development, with a solid grasp of server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Familiarity with logistics or supply chain is highly valued, as is experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
