Job Title: Human Capital Management ExpertAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Management expert to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and analyze process workflowsConfigure Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL modules within Oracle Fusion HCMDeliver end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCMConduct thorough testing, prepare test scripts, and facilitate UAT activitiesProvide ongoing support post-go-live and handle change requests efficientlyCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and standard operating proceduresWork closely with technical teams to develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizationsEvaluate compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis: Work collaboratively with HR stakeholders to identify and document business needs and processesConfiguration: Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules according to client requirements and best practicesImplementation: Deliver end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM solutionsTesting: Conduct thorough testing, prepare test scripts, and facilitate UAT activities to ensure high-quality deliverablesSupport: Provide ongoing support post-go-live and handle change requests efficiently to meet evolving business needsDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to support knowledge sharing and future enhancementsAbout You:You have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processesYou possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsYou are able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamYou have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing opportunities for professional growth and developmentA competitive compensation package
