Visual Designer Position OverviewThe primary objective of this role is to conceptualize and design visual assets that align with our brand strategy. A successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that enhances our brand presence and drives business growth.This position requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership in design thinking.Owning and evolving our visual identity to ensure consistency across digital, print, and product assets.Developing compelling graphics, illustrations, presentations, social media creatives, website visuals, videos, and marketing collateral.Social Media Focus:Designing high-quality graphic content for various social media channels (graphics and videos).Developing fresh concepts based on company goals and current social media trends.Creating engaging videos for digital marketing campaigns.Collaborating with the marketing team to build a strong social media presence.Measuring key performance indicators and providing suggestions on what can be improved.Concept Development: Analyzing design briefs, outlining requirements, and presenting ideas/drafts to the team. Ensuring all graphic elements are aligned in style, colors, and messaging. Testing graphic and video content across multiple devices and platforms. Working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and UI needs. Guiding and mentoring junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a high-quality design culture. Staying updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design outputs.
