Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Incentives & Rebates Program Manager to join our team and play a key role in identifying and securing funding, grants, and rebates for our projects across the United States.This position will focus on researching, applying for, and tracking all relevant energy incentives, grants, and rebates offered by U.S. federal, state, and utility programs.Research and maintain a live database of U.S. energy incentive programs (DOE, CEC, CPUC, SGIP, IRA, EVSE, etc.).Prepare and submit incentive and rebate applications with required technical and financial documentation.Track application progress, approval status, and payout timelines.Generate monthly reports summarizing captured incentives and upcoming opportunities.Stay up to date with U.S. energy policies and clean-tech funding changes.Coordinate with accounting and project teams for compliance and documentation.About the RoleThis is a remote opportunity that requires collaboration with our U.S. operations, estimating, and finance teams.As part of our expansion into energy efficiency and sustainability, we are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual who can drive success in this critical role.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management.3+ years of experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration.Strong English communication and writing skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research.Experience with U.S. renewable energy, utility, or infrastructure programs is a major plus.Preferred SkillsThe following skills would be beneficial in this role:Understanding of U.S. energy programs such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), SGIP, or EV charging incentives.Familiarity with renewable energy, solar, or energy storage systems.Prior work experience with U.S. clients in the clean energy, engineering, or construction sectors.BenefitsThis is a competitive salary opportunity with benefits including:Performance bonus tied to successful incentive and rebate capture.Fully remote, long-term role with U.S. collaboration.Paid training on U.S. energy programs and sustainability policy.Career growth in the global clean energy and infrastructure industry.
