Procurement Consultant for SAP Source-to-Pay ProcessAbout the Job:We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Consultant with expertise in SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including procurement, accounts payable, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM and FI integration, with a solid understanding of business processes, configuration, and optimization in an end-to-end procurement cycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support SAP S2P process design, configuration, and implementation across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration, leveraging SAP MM and FI modules.Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into SAP system solutions.Configure SAP MM and FI modules to meet business needs for P2P/STP processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Provide expertise in areas such as purchase requisitioning, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment processing.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across procurement and payables, ensuring timely resolution.Support system testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user training, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.Drive continuous process improvement and system optimization initiatives, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools.Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of SAP functional experience, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.Strong knowledge of SAP MM, FI, and integration points between MM and FI.Experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support projects, with a proven track record of success.Understanding of procurement, vendor management, and AP processes, with a focus on process optimization.Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA preferred, but not required.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible working conditions, with remote options available.Dynamic and supportive work environment, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Equal Employment Opportunity:This organization is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, regardless of race, religion, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship status, veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
