You'll have the backing of some of the smartest minds in tech, guiding you as you push boundaries and build something transformative.Workstreams You'd Will Own (Like a Boss ) • Lead and mentor the mobile engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration. • Define and execute the technical roadmap for mobile app development. • Provide hands-on guidance in Flutter, Dart, and native mobile development. • Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences. • Drive the adoption of best practices in testing, CI/CD, and mobile security. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging mobile technologies.Key Qualifications • 10+ years in Mobile application development, with 5+ years of hands-on flutter experience. • 3+ years in a leadership role, managing and mentoring mobile engineers. • Expertise in Flutter, Dart, IOS & Android Development. • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration. • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security best practices. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.Nice to have ● Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, etc.). ● Experience with UX/UI design principles and Agile methodologies. ● Exposure to AI/ML, AR/VR, or blockchain in mobile applications.Why Join Wiom? • Lead and scale a high-impact mobile engineering team. • Work on cutting-edge technology in a mission-driven organization. • Competitive salary, benefits, and a dynamic work environment.
