IT Project Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Project Acquisition Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with strong connections in the IT industry and an understanding of global technology trends.The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to identify, source, and bring new IT projects to the company. You will have the ability to convert leads into successful engagements and work independently to manage your pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Lead generation & opportunity sourcing: Identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets.Business development & client acquisition: Build relationships with decision-makers and pitch services to convert leads into paid projects.Proposal & bidding support: Coordinate submission with the internal team and provide client requirements to the technical team.Pipeline & account ownership: Own the opportunities you bring until successful closure and maintain an active pipeline of leads.Market research & expansion: Track industry trends and identify potential markets to expand service offerings.Requirements:Strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team.Chance to build relationships with key decision-makers.Professional growth and development.
