Job Description:Job Role : ServiceNow DeveloperRequired Skills : ServiceNow , CSM Modules, JavaScriptLocation : PAN INDIAExperience: 5+ YearsDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-HaveTechnical CompetencyExperience supporting Customer Service organizations (3+ years)Develops UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflowsMaintains JavaScript server/client codeBuilds reports, gauges, and home pagesMaintains service level agreement (SLA) data and monitors SLA workflowsCreates new service catalog requests and items with variablesCreates, monitors, modifies, and publishes workflows with approvalsSearches, populates, and customizes the CSM knowledge base(s)Creates access control rulesKnowledge of ServiceNow applications and interrelationshipsExperience with implementing ServiceNow processes and functionsExperience with Service Management and related tools-Familiarity with web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3).Integration experience with CRM and ERP systemsWeb Services integration experienceCertified System Administrator [CSA]ServiceNow CSM Fundamentals Behavioral competencyEffective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaborativelyParticipate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)Good-to-HaveITIL V3/V4 foundation certificationServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM.Service Certified Application developer [CAD] certification
