Job Title: Semiconductor Design Engineer_3_4861Location: HyderabadExperience: 5 to 8 YearsRoles & Responsibilities:Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing and debugging presilicon full chip designs.Develop Test cases/Stimulus to increase the functional coverage for all DRAM and emergingmemory architectures and features.Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and runregressions for coverage analysis and improvements.Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to take on thechallenges in DRAM and emerging memory design.Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments foradvanced DRAM and emerging memory products.Core Requirements:Basic understanding of CMOS and gate level circuit designsFamiliarity with SPICEFamiliarity with Verilog simulationsGood communication skills and ability to work well in a teamPreferred Qualities:Analytical capability for complex gate level circuit designsExperience in SystemVerilog, PLI codingExperience in UVM Test BenchExperience in DRAM, DDR & LPDDR SRAM or other memory related fieldsExperience in AMS verification and co-simExperience Level 7+ yearsEducationBachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering fieldrequired.
