As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering modern enterprise data platforms using cloud-native solutions on various hyperscalers.You will drive business growth and practice differentiation through strategic leadership. This includes defining and executing the data transformation roadmap, as well as identifying opportunities to improve our data migration, ETL/ELT, and cloud-native pipeline capabilities.Key responsibilities include reusable asset creation, embedding AI/ML capabilities into data solutions, and championing DataOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and observability. Additionally, you will ensure best practices in data security, privacy, and compliance across all hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).Required Skills and QualificationsDeep expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks with 15+ years of experience in data engineeringProven experience migrating on-premises structured/unstructured databases to the cloudMastery of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines (batch, streaming, real-time)Strong programming skills in Python and Spark, as well as experience with cloud-native data servicesDemonstrated experience with DataOps: CI/CD, data quality, lineage, and observability toolsData security, IAM, encryption, and regulatory compliance expertiseLeadership and consulting experience with strong communication and executive presentation skillsBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge data solutions.
