Backend Developer OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence (Al) to fill a key role in our team.Create and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs to support healthcare Al applications.Integrate Al/ML models into production environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.Collaborate with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) to deploy and optimize backend services.Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, storing, and serving large healthcare datasets.Work closely with cross-functional teams (AI/ML, product, frontend) to deliver end-to-end solutions.Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy/security standards (HIPAA, PHI handling).Optimize backend performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.Key Requirements:4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer/Software Engineer.Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, or Java (Python preferred for Al workflows).Hands-on experience integrating and deploying Al/ML models into production systems.Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with Al frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model lifecycle management.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.Knowledge of healthcare standards (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7) is highly desirable.BenefitsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge Al projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Chance to develop your skills and grow professionally.What We Offer:A competitive compensation package.A comprehensive benefits program.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
