Project is to configure and implement the Vulnerability Response Module from ServiceNow in company to enable end to end process for Infrastructure Vulnerability Management


Responsibilities:

Tech engineer main responsibilities are to configure the ServiceNow vulnerability response module to meet company requirements and support infrastructure vulnerability management


Mandatory Skills:

• at least 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.

• 2 years of experience in SecOps Vulnerability Response Application is a must

• In-depth understanding of the ITIL framework

• Experience enterprise operational tools and processes (incident management problems, change management, knowledge management, etc).

• Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, UI scriptsand other major components of ServiceNow Development, which also includes the development of Scoped Application in ServiceNow Platform.

• Proficient in Java script and hands on technical expertise in ServiceNow Integration with 3rd Party applications.

• Experience of test-driven development with knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework.

• Strong Technical background in building scalable, complex solutions in ServiceNow.
