Job Title: Quality Assurance DirectorLead a high-performing QA team to ensure the delivery of exceptional quality products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, test plans, and oversee execution for web and mobile applications.Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to drive seamless delivery.Track and report quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify root causes of issues.Manage offshore QA members (approx. 5–7), including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables.Perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.Lead a small onsite QA team and ensure effective communication and performance.Drive continuous improvement through standardized QA processes and best practices.Prepare regular reports and communicate results to stakeholders.Scope of Testing:Web applications for desktop and mobile browsersNative Android and iOS applicationsBrowser extensionsBackend APIs and batch processing systemsRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience in test design and execution for web or mobile applicationsKnowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation LevelPrevious experience as a team leader or similar roleExperience working with offshore teams or external vendorsStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaborationPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with e-commerce platformsExperience in API testingKnowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and CI/CD environmentsExposure to performance and security testingProficiency with tools like JIRA and ConfluencePersonal Attributes:Proactive problem solver who drives improvements and engages stakeholdersAdaptable and eager to learn in a fast-changing environmentStrong communicator with a collaborative mindsetComfortable taking on new challenges and improving processesTeam-oriented and results-drivenLanguage Requirements:English: Business level
