Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Design and plan EUC MDM infrastructure.
2. Pre-installation requirements and examine the current computing environment.
3. Designing Intune/MECM/Azure AD architecture and extending AD schema.
4. Discovers methods and planning migrations. Disaster recovery and site maintenance.
5. Intune administration
6. MECM administration
Application packaging and Under supervision, provide integrated solutions utilizing a variety of software products with a focus on Microsoft Windows environment
Under general guidance troubleshoot failed systems management deployments and client health issues
7. Content distribution and point installation. Develop and execute a plan on patch management
8. Analyze EUC MDM log files, provide patch management support and maintenance window operations
9. Develops innovative solutions and refines processes to improve service delivery
