Job Title: Software Test Lead Software Test Lead Overview:This position requires a seasoned professional to lead QA efforts for AppScan SAST and related security testing tools.Responsibilities include proactively communicating testing status, risks, and progress to functional managers and engineers, designing and implementing test strategies across functionality, performance, usability, and security, defining and executing automated and manual tests in enterprise-level environments, creating and maintaining test plans, cases, and test documentation using tools like Jira, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on release schedules and troubleshoot issues, mentoring junior QA team members, ensuring work is delivered with quality and on time, and continuously improving QA processes and contributing to best practices in CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills and Qualifications:We are seeking an experienced professional with:- 8+ years of experience in QA.- Proficiency in scripting (Windows batch, Linux bash), with Mac scripting as a plus.- Experience in Java, C++, or C# being a major plus.- Automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc.- APIs & Protocols: Experience testing REST APIs.- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Git, and experience with automated build/test pipelines.- Containers & Orchestration: Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, etc.- Platforms: Proficient in testing on Windows and Linux; MacOS exposure preferred. Benefits:This role offers opportunities for growth and development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the chance to work on complex projects that make a real impact.
