Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation, capable of managing a diverse portfolio of projects including CRM and ERP implementations, data analytics solutions, and custom software development.This is a hands-on role for a leader who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.We're looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), and Analytics (e.g., Power BI) platforms.A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management is required, along with demonstrable experience managing custom software development projects from concept to completion.Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technology projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
