What we are looking for
Role: Linux System Administrator
Experience Range: 5 – 7 Years
Location: Bangalore
Must Have:
- Linux system administrator with good understanding of UNIX/ Linux operating system with DevOps concepts.
- Subject matter expert for Linux and responsible for designing, building, and administering Linux servers in virtual (VMware/Xen/kVM/Kubernetes) environmentsMaintain database security and disaster recovery procedures.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of multiple unix servers
- Written the Ansible YAML scripts to configure the remote servers
- Automated configuration management and deployments using Ansible playbooks and Yaml for resource declaration
- creating roles and updating Playbooks to provision servers by using Ansible.
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge JIRA, Remedy , Waterfall model, Agile Methodology and Scrum.
- Good to Have experience DEV, SIT, QA, UAT and PROD for various releases and designed instance strategies
- Configure Docker container for automated testing purposes
- Develop build scripts using Jenkins as the build tool for creating Artifacts
- Good to have Knowledge Kubernetes, Docker, Openshift , Artifactory, RedHat Satellite
