Role Overview As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for client-raised technical queries, incidents, and operational issues. You will own the Support Desk operations end-to-end, including ticket monitoring, triage, and timely resolution in line with response SLAs. In collaboration with Project and Technology teams, you will jointly drive resolution SLAs, ensuring seamless support and minimal disruption to client operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality support experience. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for technical incidents and operational queries. Proactively address technical and non-technical issues such as access problems, report generation, and FAQs. Monitor and manage support tickets in JIRA and other tools, ensuring timely resolution and routing to appropriate teams. Perform basic testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for reported issues. Assist Customer Success and internal teams by addressing support-related inquiries. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Identify severity of tickets and escalate incidents as needed, keeping teams informed. Maintain documentation of support tasks for knowledge sharing and process improvement. Ensure SLAs are met and maintain high service standards. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (B.Tech preferred) Experience: 1 year in a support, operations, or technical support role. Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Basic technical understanding of AI-driven platforms and software systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA; familiarity with other support tools is a plus.
