Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving growth across all paid marketing channels. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization to ensure high ROI and sustained brand visibility. Key Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and affiliate networks. * Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics to improve ROI and reduce CAC. * Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. * Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across multiple channels. * Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. * Create and maintain performance dashboards and provide actionable insights. Requirements * 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing. * Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio). * Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights. * Experience in managing budgets, campaign reporting, and scaling paid marketing efforts. * A self-starter with the ability to experiment, learn fast, and adapt to changing trends. Good to Have * Experience in EdTech or tech-driven brands. * Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and CRM tools. * Certification in Google Ads or Meta Marketing.
