Senior AI Architect: Machine Learning Observability

Our team is looking for an innovative AI Platform Engineer to design and build large-scale, reliable ML systems. As a key member of our observability platform team, you will work closely with SREs, service owners, and observability SMEs to develop cutting-edge AI features and enhance our open-source platform.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop AI/ML Features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient and scalable AI/ML solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise environment.Collaborate on Deployment: Work with SREs and service owners to ensure seamless deployment of ML models and data pipelines.Implement Data Pipelines: Establish robust data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.Automate Model Deployment: Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Manage Infrastructure: Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on AWS or Azure.Integrate Systems: Integrate MCP servers and connect tools across observability systems.Troubleshoot Performance: Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.Requirements:A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.Hands-on experience with LLMs/MCPs, Grafana, and Databricks.Strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces).Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.
