They must possess a strong understanding of R2R processes and US GAAP, along with hands-on experience using QuickBooks and NetSuite accounting software. Additionally, proficiency in general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close is required. The candidate should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.Required Skills: The successful candidate will have experience working with financial data, creating accurate financial reports, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
