Together we form an Architectural & Interior Design Consulting Firm that specialises in the build-outs for Corporate offices, Software Development Centers, BPOs, Call Centers, Hotels, Hospitals, Retail Malls & Outlets, IT Parks, Residential Townships, to name a few project types and have a vast experience in the design & construction of projects of varying sizes.  We are looking forward for an ambitious and highly motivated Architect, with upto 5 years of experience with sound knowledge of Design in fast-track commercial projects.  The ideal candidate shall have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.  Experience -  2 to 3 Years Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Architect located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination under the guidance of senior architects. The role requires the candidate to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure project timelines are met, and contribute to innovative design solutions while adhering to project requirements and standards. Key Skills Required  Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced architectural software like Photoshop, Revit, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign Development and detail of design, schematic and concept drawings Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines/ By-Laws Knowledge of building codes, ability to research and incorporate into technical documents Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of design principles Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to design tools and applications Project Management skills, including the ability to organize, plan, and ensure timely project delivery Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualifications Experience using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and design visualization tools is an advantage Familiarity with building codes and regulations is beneficial Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience Strong creative and communication skills
