About the OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Process Simulation Expert to lead simulation, RTO and APC-related activities and drive the optimization of complex process units.Develop and maintain accurate steady-state and dynamic simulations for hydrocarbon process units using ROMeo or similar toolsCollaborate with operations, process and control teams to troubleshoot and improve plant performance through data-driven decision makingProvide technical guidance, mentoring and training to junior engineers to enhance their skills and expertiseSupport the implementation and integration of RTO and APC systems with plant DCS systems to maximize efficiency and productivityFoster collaboration and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams to drive business growth and successKey Responsibilities:Develop, validate and maintain detailed simulation models for plant performance and optimizationLeverage advanced process control technologies to optimize plant operations and minimize downtimeCollaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
