Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Evaluator to join our team in the renewable energy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing pre-dispatch and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment, including solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, and inverters.Main ResponsibilitiesTo understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the project's requirements.Participate in the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules, and schedule.Verify the site conditions (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspection.Coordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.Monitor the testing lead time to ensure completion within the agreed schedule.Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.Fill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.Suggest ameliorations to the supplier to improve the inspected product and the testing conditions.Propose improvement of the inspection methodology.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: Bachelor degree in a technical field.Professional knowledge: Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications, and test procedures for PV Module.Professional qualification: Experienced in renewable energies, energy storage, or factory inspection.Relevant experience: At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 years' experience in a PV Module technical position.Management skills: Minimum 1-2 years management experience required.Computer skills: Good command of Microsoft Office.Language skills: Highly proficient in spoken and written English.Other requirements: High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem solver; 80%+ of time on the inspection site is requested.
