Job Title: ServiceNow Application DeveloperJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CSM, HRSD, and ITSM modules.The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing custom applications using the Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, Scripted APIs, and scoped apps.This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test custom applications on the Now Platform.Configure workflows, forms, lists, UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, and notifications.Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems.Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, business analysts, and QA engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Write and maintain technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow development standards.Participate in unit testing, peer reviews, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and performance.Continuously monitor and improve platform health, performance, and usability.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Deep experience in configuration, development, and testing within ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow Studio, and Service Portal development.Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform security best practices.Proven experience with custom application development on the Now Platform.Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, HRSD, or CSM) strongly preferred.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals.Chance to develop skills and expertise in a cutting-edge technology platform.A supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply:To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
