DescriptionJob Description: Assistant Manager – Senior Motion Graphic DesignerPosition SummaryThe Assistant Manager – Senior Motion Graphic Designer will lead the design and production of multimedia deliverables that support Studio K and the AMCS pilot. This role combines conceptual design, animation, video production, and interactivity. The candidate should be equally comfortable shaping creative concepts and delivering polished, technical outputs, while guiding junior designers in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead the conceptualization, prototyping, and production of multimedia deliverables aligned to the firm's global brand.Review and enhance marketing collateral, proposals, and client deliverables, ensuring creative impact and brand consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and shape creative concepts, translating technical content into engaging visual narratives.Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual flows to guide project execution.Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, transitions, and effects using Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or comparable tools.Design assets such as illustrations, icons, infographics, and interactive elements to support animation and interactivity.Oversee project lifecycles: manage timelines, resource allocation, prioritization, and delivery of high-quality creative outputs.Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.Interact with stakeholders and clients to present concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications across all motion graphic and interactive outputs.Stay ahead of emerging tools, techniques, and trends to continuously raise the bar on creativity and technical execution.Contribute to team culture by sharing expertise, mentoring colleagues, and fostering innovation.ResponsibilitiesQualificationsYears of experienceMinimum 5–8 years of design experience in conceptualization, solution development, campaign execution, and client relationship management.Educational qualificationsUniversity degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field.Technical skillsMastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other professional video creation/editing tools.Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and supporting design software.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced PowerPoint interactivity.Portfolio showcasing a range of complex motion graphics, animations, and interactive deliverables, with ability to explain the creative process.Strong attention to detail with expertise in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.Excellent production skills, including proper file setup, asset management, and style sheet builds.Strong consultative skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients to define direction and priorities.Aptitude for initiative, innovation, and staying ahead of design trends.Soft skillsProven ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Confident, professional, and collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain design concepts and creative decisions.Open to feedback, mentoring others, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Other InformationInterview Process: 3 rounds (Technical assessment, Offshore interview, Onshore face-to-face interview)Travel Requirements: May be required depending on business needs; candidates should be prepared to travel if needed.Busy Season: Yes – candidates should expect to flex during peak demand periods.
