Role Overview

We are seeking an assertive and strategic Investment Banker with a deep passion for high-growth startups and innovation. You will act as a key link between the founder and investors, working closely with leadership to structure and execute fundraising strategies across the Seed to Series A stages.



Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience (Mandatory): You have 3–6 years of intensive experience in a fundraising capacity within Investment Banking, Venture Capital (VC), or a Founder/Family Office.
  • Proven Impact (Mandatory): You must have a successful track record of closing funding deals, specifically leading or significantly contributing to Venture Rounds (Seed/Series A/SeriesB).
  • Industry Fit: You possess strong expertise in popular consumer tech startups like Zomato, Zepto, Swiggy, or Urban Company, with a preference for experience in the D2C, mobility, or automotive tech sectors.
  • Financial Acumen: You are an expert in financial modelling, business analysis, and early-stage valuation, capable of developing robust projections and managing due diligence.
  • Network & Mindset: You possess a strong network of active angel investors and VC Firms and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset suited for a high-growth startup environment.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising Execution: Lead and execute the Seed to Series A fundraising strategy end-to-end, including identifying, pitching, and closing deals with investors.
  • Financial Strategy & Valuation: Advise the founder on capital strategy, valuation, and the strategic use of funds to optimize the company's financial structure and runway.
  • Investor Narrative: Build and refine compelling financial models, projections, and pitch decks, developing investor narratives that strongly align with HOORA's growth trajectory.
  • Deal Closure: Own the documentation, due diligence process, and negotiations to ensure the successful and timely closure of funding rounds.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide expert financial and market guidance to the leadership team, ensuring all decisions support scalable growth.


Salary : ₹12–24 Lacs CTC + Incentives
