DescriptionRoles and responsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role include:Experienced in Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) Field Services Solutions implementation along with Order Management and Accounts ReceivablesWork closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure system accordinglyLead and assist in the implementation of Oracle CX Field Services Solutions including configurations, customization, and integration with other systemPerform end to end system implementation from requirements gathering to post go live supportEnsure seamless integration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud CX solutions and integration with other third-party applications like ERPPerform data migration and validation to ensure accurate transfer of dataWorking with other team members from different tracksReport status back to offshore team lead.
