Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Travel Tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing key enterprise accounts, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the Travel company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the travel tech space.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B enterprise clients within the travel and holidays industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations tailored to client needs in travel SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client expectations.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in travel tech and SaaS.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

● Drive enterprise sales across SMEs and institutional clients in your region

● Build long-term strategic partnerships with large travel agencies and channel partners

● Own GMV targets, pipeline growth, and market share expansion

● Sell the entire hypermarket: APIs, white-labels, SaaS platforms, and managed travel

● Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client activation

● Be part of India’s fastest-growing travel-tech disruptor

● 4–8 years of proven success in Travel Tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales

● Skilled in consultative selling, key account management, and enterprise closures

● Confident operator in high-pressure, high-stakes negotiations

● Track record of delivering GMV/Revenue numbers quarter after quarter

● Strategic thinker who understands scaling beyond just transactions

● Bonus if you’ve closed CXO-level deals in corporates or large travel networks
