You will be working as a part of the Hyreo Candidate Experience team responsible for interacting with the candidates and building stellar candidate experience.

 

Responsibilities: 


  • Provide candidate support & success efforts for the Hyreo platform.
  • Engaging with candidates via calls, emails, and chats
  • Understand candidate issues, resolve them, and help them realize the value of the platform
  • Review the candidate queries/concerns and recommend actions to solve the concerns.
  • Collate user feedback, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide inputs to the product team regularly
  • Work on Product setup, configuration, and release management coordination

 

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with candidates
  • Preferable to have any experience in a customer support role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Salary: 15,000 per month
