About Our Transfer Pricing RoleOur organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with 2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for learning, development, and career growth.The successful candidate will work on a wide range of TP advisory and compliance engagements, supporting multinational clients with documentation, benchmarking studies, and intercompany pricing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulationsConduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricingPerform benchmarking studies using TP databases and toolsSupport the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policiesCollaborate with Managers and Directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentationParticipate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authoritiesDraft proposals for potential clientsThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
