Technical Process AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Process Analyst to support our organization in diagnosing and resolving challenges within the software development and implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will partner with Processing Engineering to analyze pain points across technology delivery, strengthen process governance, and improve the speed and quality of system rollouts in a banking environment.The role involves software development process analysis, including mapping and reviewing current SDLC processes, identifying bottlenecks and failure points, and evaluating alignment between business requirements and technical execution. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with Solution Analysts, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to understand system logic, integrations, and platform constraints.Responsibilities include:Map and review current SDLC processesIdentify bottlenecks and failure pointsEvaluate alignment between business requirements and technical executionThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC, system implementation processes, and IT governance frameworks. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in banking, technology delivery, or a similar regulated environment is required.
