About the Company - We are seeking a passionate and skilled Gymnastic Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring athletes of various age groups and skill levels, promoting a positive training environment, and ensuring high standards of physical fitness and technical proficiency


About the Role - Proven experience as a Gymnastic coach or instructor. Experience coaching athletes at various skill levels, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced competitors. Strong understanding of Judo techniques, strategy, and rules. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining discipline and a professional environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Certified Gymnastic Coach. A degree or diploma in Sports Coaching, Physical Education.



Responsibilities


  • Coaching and mentoring athletes of various age groups and skill levels
  • Promoting a positive training environment
  • Ensuring high standards of physical fitness and technical proficiency in Judo


Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Gymnastic coach or instructor
  • Experience coaching athletes at various skill levels, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced competitors
  • Strong understanding of Gymnastic techniques, strategy, and rules
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining discipline and a professional environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A degree or diploma in Sports Coaching, Physical Education
