Key Responsibilities:


Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Financial Management:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.

- Oversee fundraising efforts, including securing financing and managing investor relations.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Ensure the finance team has the skills and resources needed to support the company's financial objectives.

Operational Efficiency:

- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and cost optimization.

- Implement and manage financial systems and software to enhance financial operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.


Reporting and Compliance:

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with prevailing laws.

- Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.


Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management practices.
