About Position: Our current IGA environment has been shaped by numerous successful M&A transactions, intricate global and regional business processes, legacy IGA components, and significant volumes of data. With years of legacy, the current landscape has become untenable and necessitates a highly scalable and modern platform. We are looking for seasoned IGA professionals to aid our multi-year efforts for transition towards the envisioned target state landscape. Role: IGA Project Manager Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 10 to 16 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do. An experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in managing identity governance transformation projects at large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Lead and manage large-scale identity governance transformation projects Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on identity governance transformation at large enterprises. Expertise You'll Bring: Strong understanding of identity governance frameworks, tools, and best practices. Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar identity governance solutions is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
