Responsibilities

Engage with customers via online chat to drive sales and provide product information.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer interactions and potential improvements.
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on the UK and US markets.
Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts to cater to different time zones (UK & US).
