Job OpportunityRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled QA Consultant to join our team in ETL/Data Pipeline Testing and API Testing. Experience with MDM Testing is beneficial.Key Responsibilities:ETL / Data Pipeline Testing (Essential)Perform end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines across cloud/on-prem environments, ensuring seamless data transformations and validation.Validate source-to-target mappings, complex data transformations, and SCD logic for accuracy and completeness.Conduct data reconciliation, data completeness, and data accuracy testing.Test Informatica IDMC/IICS CDI mappings, taskflows, and ingestion patterns thoroughly.Create test scenarios using mapping documents, BRDs, and ETL workflows to ensure comprehensive coverage.API Testing (Essential)Utilize Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI to test REST/SOAP APIs, focusing on request/response payloads, authentication flows, error handling, and negative scenarios.Collaborate closely with integration teams to test upstream/downstream interfaces, validating JSON/XML schema structure, status codes, and pagination logic.MDM Testing (Desirable)Assess MDM match/merge rules, survivorship, trust settings, workflows, and golden record creation, ensuring data integrity.Validate MDM SaaS configurations, data cleansing, and DQ rules (if applicable), performing thorough validation across landing, staging, base, and cross-reference layers.Work with IDD/Data Steward use cases (beneficial, not mandatory).Required Skills and QualificationsStrong hands-on experience in ETL/Data Pipeline Testing and API Testing is required.
