The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, along with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.Location: Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)Employment Type: Full TimeKey ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Manage and prioritize project timelines, deliverables, and sprint goals, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements on the Salesforce platform.Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as needed.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, and IT — to drive Salesforce initiatives that align with business goals.Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and ability to design effective workarounds.Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.Deep proficiency in Apex programming, including asynchronous and batch processing.Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Development Team Lead.Proven experience leading and managing Salesforce teams (developers and admins).Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).Salesforce certifications preferred — Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Work ArrangementImmediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum).Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you'll work from home — requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.From January 2026, this role will transition to on-site at our Kolkata office, with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
